Empower – Through the avenue of pageantry, MBSC provides the opportunity for the development of skills necessary to be successful leaders and mentors, increase confidence, poise, and develop interviewing skills and aptitude for public speaking. This experience will build personal accomplishments, develop educational and professional opportunities.
Encourage – Through the avenue of pageantry, MBSC provides the opportunity for local Queens to represent their community in a positive perspective. Through their platform issues, local Queens are encouraged to volunteer in their community for causes that are prevalent to their communities and their lives.
